Plan an AI workflow.

Start with the job that needs doing. Write down what a useful result looks like before choosing a model or paying for an API.

How to use this worksheet

Describe one repeatable task. Use anonymized examples instead of personal or confidential records. The worksheet formats your answers; it does not call an AI service. Your entries stay in this page and clear on refresh.

1. What needs doing?

2. Who will use the result?

3. What source material is available?

4. What should the output contain?

5. What must it avoid?

6. How will you check it?

Your project brief

0 of 6 sections filled. There is no automated quality score: the checks need to be specific enough for you to use.

Run one normal case and one failure case. Save the input, actual output, model/version, date, and your review. Do not treat this brief as evidence that the workflow works.

Next: turn your checks into a prompt test or document the project.
